It’s not necessary. Bootstrap provides you with a grid and you may make it responsive if you wish (I should add it’s very good, especially the feature where it automatically becomes fluid below a given screen width). I’m not sure about the terms of the competition, though.

Let me give you an advice – it’s relatively easy to make your theme responsive with Bootstrap (from the technical point of view, it still needs careful planning) – so do it! Adding responsive features will totally increase your sales and that’s what most the customers want these days. As I’ve read in a blog article – we can’t blame anything anymore, it’s time to think mobile.

@Jgrozdanov very usefull information im afraid i dont know what bootstrap if i google it i get things about ropes in shoes and stuff it BOOT STRAP lol…. is there some articles about this where i can familiar myself with the term bootstrap and to do the knowledge on how to use this?

yeah i figured that and than i downloaded it all i get is a css a js and some images… this is some weird stuff
