ahem, I emailed but will also post this here. For those of us who are Zen Cart developers/designer, we would like to enter the contest. However, there is no way to upload file to the zen cart section because it hasn’t been created yet. HINT < HINT !
Yes, you are right. You can upload it as eCommerce itself with no sub category. Probably with the first approval, the category will be created.

Yeah, fixed.
Love it or hate it I have loads of clients using Zen Cart and I will be the first customer if templates become available. Great!
I’m wondering: Do Zencart templates still use tables? Or have you e-commerce expert coders make it somehow work with modern code?
Zen Cart seems to have a very simple structure. Same to OsCommerce :/

Had a look at some of the showcase sites listed on Zencart it does seem to show a mixture of tables and divs. http://www.zen-cart.com/showcase.php
Seems to be the main wrapper and columns that use tables, then divs nested inside. It might be possible to replace these wrappers with divs but I have not tested this.
You can replace the tables, they are all defined in the template files.
I personally think that the zen-cart template system is a bit of a mess, I prefer the drupal way.
Since there are such a large number of searches for Zen Cart templates, it only makes sense to try and fill the need. Obviously some people are comfortable with an Old School, outdated, dinosaur.
“You can’t dictate innovation…” Quote from the movie Real Genius
I think yo try but after some research on documentation and code i finally decide not to give a try.
Best of luck who take the challenge to do.
