May be they will launch the category after some more submissions. ( Worked hard on it for almost 20 days, I wonder how would I get sales if item is not visible to public )

Yes you’re correct! The category will appear when there are more submissions.

ok but tell us what with promotion on homepage TF in “New Items” ? How much more ?

Well as for further promotion, we will have a blog post on notes.envato.com, a featured collection on the homepage (like this: http://videohive.net/collections/2415609-professional-powerpoint-templates)

We will also add the category announcement to our newsletter and will promote it for a time via Facebook, Twitter, g+ and even a nice Pinterest collection

Only Zen Cart version 1.5.1 or newer will be accepted
