Could we get more info about what is “Advanced Integration” from the creators of the plugin? I would be interested in what does this mean for the EDD plugin..
Hey Ruben, essentially anything that goes beyond basic compatibility and styling of the default eCommerce elements provided by the plugin could be considered “Advanced Integration”. As @mordauk mentioned this could be the creation of custom templates to better integrate & customize the eCommerce features, but could go far beyond that as well. Fundamentally we’ll be looking for theme designs here that really enhance the eCommerce experience for both the theme user as well as the customer. The rest is up to you!
My next theme would have a WooCommerce, BuddyPress, and bbPress integration. A single theme can be eligible for both “Most Wanted” contest right? Thank you
Yes! We find that eCommerce & Social functionality go hand in hand, so we encourage everyone to consider this for their upcoming WordPress themes and enter to both contests for the greatest chance to win the most prizes! You could potentially cash in on up to $4,000 total for a single theme
Just seen the contest…updated the ” ROLE ” theme on Dec11th…hope we are in!
