I am somewhat of a novice, so please bear with me. I use Dreamweaver and created a new site using the Epic template (a fixed html template) byIgniteFlash (which by the way when I tried to contact the page have been moved or missing). Anyway, my question concerns broken links. I was able to fix a lot of them, but the js and css ones are giving me trouble and I’m scared I’ll mess something up. For instance I saw that a gif was missing and didn’t see in the images file when I did a search on my computer it showed a css file so I linked to that but the new link wasn’t even closed to the way the link read before I relinked it. I’m not sure how to relink these js files. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks CHILL

Well, it would be best to contact the author.

Sounds to me like a relative path problem. This is especially common pitfall in web design suites such as Dreamweaver. Well, not saying Dreamweaver is the problem, it’s just the person using the software isn’t doing it properly.

Could you post a code example to illustrate your problem?
