Hi all,

Two of us are currently working on an ambitious community/membership project that’s fairly demanding from a WordPress perspective. His skills are back end. Mine are more focused on networking, writing and the marketplace. Neither of us is quick or particularly able with WordPress.

We’re looking for a third member for our team. This would be a long-term commitment. The person who’s willing to join us will be given first consideration in compensation, plus equity up to 10% vested over a period of 6 years (5% first year, 1% each year afterward as long as you remain with the project – this is identical to the current developer’s equity arrangement).

We need someone who really knows WordPress, how to integrate forums, memberships, newsletter services, etc. well. Obviously a team player is a must. Graphics skills would be a great bonus, but not necessary.

Philosophically, we’re libertarian minded people with a goal toward promoting internationalization, investment and trading strategies.

If this is something you might be interested in, please shoot me a note to joe.j@nitrouscloud.com and share your initial thoughts. I’ll provide more information accordingly.

Thanks, Joe
