Error when updating theme-files on ThemeForest?

Hey,

I’m getting this error whenever I try to upload an updated version of my theme:

Any ideas?
The style.css file is obviously there, and within it the theme has been declared as always. Nothing has changed.

You probably forgot to zip the folder of the theme and not the theme files with the theme name.

It looks like more people have the same problem like you and many of my purchased items are

“This item has been removed by either staff or the author and is no longer available. Contact support for more details. “

And there are few very popular themes which are soft disabled. I asked few of my friends about it and they have too soft disabled items :/

Maybe support is slow or?

Okay, but it’s not something most authors are experiencing, otherwise it would be mayhem. I am unable to update my theme which is something that will give me a few headaches in the upcoming days – as all buyers from this past week (and until it gets fixed) are getting a bugged theme.
