Sadly, some customers rate a product based on what they would want that item to do, not what’s advertised 
. I’ve got an item with 33 downloads and no rating, that’s kinda sad too.

Little pressure towards buyer to rate a file can lead to anything less than 5 star. Psycological reasons!
The worst thing is requesting to rate exactly 5 star. Some people always try to do one step different from what was asked (culprit: lack of time to think). Logically the near by step is 4*
