Exclusive Author & Buyer SWF Rights

I know as an exclusive author, I am not allowed to sell my source anywhere else. However what about the SWFs?

Am I allowed to upload my SWFs on anywhere I want, some common flash game sites for example? If yes, can I leave/remove ActiveDen logo/link as I want.

Can I sell only the SWF somewhere else, for example porting it to Android and attempt to sell on AppStores?

What about buyers, are buyers allowed to put SWFs on such stores, or upload to gaming sites?

I was asked a few times about this and I was thinking what if I or another buyer wants to do the same. Same content will be on a store or a gaming site by multiple people, sounds weird…

You’re basically asking if you can use your own file in the same way your buyers do. For example, someone could purchase an extended license of your file and upload the final game on the app store. You, as the author, have the same rights as any buyer to your own files.

So the short answer is yes, the examples you mentioned are okay.
