Exclusive or non-exclusive

I have a question.

Let’s say i have an PSD theme that i sell on another market place. Then i make a HTML theme that i only sale on themeforest, will the html theme be perceived as a non-exclusive item just because i have sold the psd template on another market place, and enter the cateogry of 33% payouts?

They’re two different items, so you’ll be ok.

P.S.: as an exclusive author here, you can’t sell non-exclusive items. You would need to opt-out from exclusive, to do that.

The items that i sell here will be exclusive to this market. The items that will be sold on other markets will not be sold here.

Will this still need me to opt out from exclusive author ?

Still i want a STAFF to answer my first question.

Many authors sell HTML templates here, and if you want Wordpress version of that template you have to buy it from their website (ThemeFuse for example, or cssigniter, look them up if you want), and they ARE exclusive here. So you are free to sell HTML or Wordpress versions of your PSD files here as an exclusive author.
