I have a question. What if a track has previously sold on another site and I want to transfer to AJ? If I delete it from the other site, can I still put it up on AJ as an exclusive track?

To clarify, I mean that it actually got a sale. I know it would be a no-brainer if it never generated sales.

Semantically the guidelines just say you can’t currently be selling, not that you couldn’t have ever sold it, that would put restraints on a lot of live recorded songs if it worked like that in sure, you play a gig and then you can’t put it I AJ cause you played the gig? I don’t think it works like that.

You could have million or gazillion sales on that track in other place, but if you delete it from the site you can sell it exclusively here.
