Hi

For a demo XML to submit to TF, is there a way I can export my Wordpress Demo site without the images included?

Thanks

You can use an online image placeholder service; http://placehold.it/

@egemenerd – You beat me to it! I was going to suggest the same thing. ;-)

Thanks, I am aware of this site already, but would that mean I would have to set up a whole new demo preview site and use placeholder images all from scratch?

I want to keep my preview images on my demo site. Not replace them all with placeholder ones as the demo preview site will look awful in that situation!

You can edit demo xml file. Export your demo website content with Wordpress export tool. Open that xml file, find the image links and change them with the new ones.

Another alternative would be using this on a site copy – http://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-media-replace/
