Hi guys, i am looking at buying a couple of extended licences for some cool featured sliders on codecanyon.
My question is:
Can i hard code them into my Wordpress theme? Or do i need to make them as a plugin which they originally are?

You can “hard code” them in your theme.

If I want to attach any plugin from CodeCanyon into my WP them which I want to sell on Themeforest then do I have to buy a regular license?

That would require an extended license. You might want to read Which license should you buy
