I’m confused by the extended license for plugins included in a Themeforest theme. Could I buy the extended license for a CodeCanyon plugin and chop up the code and integrate it into a theme for sale? I just want to use some JavaScript and CSS from a plugin sold on CodeCanyon.

I know I’ve seen plenty of themes using the LayerSlider plugin which is sold over on CodeCanyon, so I think we could safely assume that you’re right.

One important thing not to overlook is that one Extended License is good for one item that you intend to resell. With each new theme you’re going to make available, a separate Extended License would be required.
