I thought I would ask just to be safe:

Is it okay to submit a theme that uses a premium plugin from CodeCanyon when then extended license was purchased using a different account? It was purchased using the account of one of our support staff but it has never been used, this would be the first time.

Thanks!

Extended License no longer grants you rights to bundle CC items within TF items. If you, however, have purchased the CC item before changes to licensing on Envato Marketplaces, then the old rules should apply. After licensing changes you have to make an agreement with CC item’s author.

Thanks buddy but I did read those rules very carefully already – in this case I’m talking about the RevSlider for which themepunch states clearly in the item desc that the extended license grants a theme use.

The only thing I couldn’t find when reading through the license information was the question I’m asking above.

Thanks,
-Manny

In my opinion it doesn’t matter from which account you bought it. You bought the license and the use of it. As you haven’t used it yet, you are good to go.

All the best,
Kris
