I want to use a background from GraphicRiver in a new template I’m created for sale on ThemeForest. I have two quick questions. 1) I just want to verify that I do in fact need to purchase an extended license if I want to use the image as the background of my theme that I intend to sell on ThemeForest, and 2) One of the web backgrounds I’m looking at buying does not have an extended license available – does that mean I just can’t use it for a ThemeForest template, or can I buy the regular license and use that instead?
I appreciate any advice. I searched the forums for an answer and didn’t find one, so please forgive me if this is a repost.
Thanks! Brian

hey
as things are at the moment you cannot use these for resale.
I had a look it means the author has not signed up for extended licences.
you could try contacting the and ask them to change to so you can buy an extended licence.
I do have very similar products with with 50 patterns for photoshop, which comes with a pre-made grey background, all you would have to do is choose which pattern to use. also comes with clear html instructions on using the file.
Cant post a link due to forum rules but just check out my porfolio.
I would be happy to make any changes or add it some effects
look forward to hearing from you

Thanks for the reply, that answers my question. I think I’ve decided on a slightly different route to take on the background image, but I’m still in the design phase so I may yet use something from your portfolio. I really like your stuff and it could definitely come in handy.
