Extended License

Hi Buddies,
I want to know that someone wants to buy my latest project and sell it to his clients by putting their own pictures, he asking what is the terms of use of the project, does he need to get extended license?

Regular license will do.

“You can create one End Product for a client, and you can transfer that single End Product to your client for any fee. This license is then transferred to your client.”

I assume you are talking about customizing the project for a client,not actually selling the project file to them?

Thanks for your feedback, no I’m not talking about customizing.

The buyer (Photographer) wants to purchase the project and he wants to sell it to his clients by putting his clients own pictures. This is not only for one of his clients, he wants to customize it and sell it to his every clients.

Got it , yeah he wants to customize it and sell the end product (video), not actual project file.

Okay.A regular license per video should do.I requested a staff reply just to make sure.

He would need a separate license for each end product or client.

^ Exactly. Buyer actually can’t buy project and to do what he want, but single use licence to use project only once.
So he need to buy licence for every customization.
But if he, for example, is using one same video as his own advert at the begging of every dvd (or as intro in longer video), he need to buy single use licence for that ae project only once and can use the final video whole life, but if he change something, he need new single use licence.
