What would be needed to get it approved?

It’s just too simple – perhaps make it as a WordPress plugin or add some features.

I don’t understand what your app does, it unlock annoying advertising?

Try something that users would really enjoy using… use their Facebook info, pictures and videos and transform them into something different.

I agree with @volumens , i thought its something amazing, but its useless.

OMG this thing is so annoying, it keeps spamming on my facebook, how to make it stop ??

To block an application from posting to your wall go to https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications and remove it from there.
