Okay , If I understood this correctly, now when Facebook is using iframe instead of FBML pages, you can use a flash file on the Facebook fan page that is loaded from your server?
So basically you can embed your entire flash site in the fan page , all you need is to react on the new layout?
Also , can I detect that my flash file is viewed from Facebook , and not from my on web address?

I think you can load whatever you want.

And to check if your website is being viewed within an iframe, you can use following javascript redirection code:
<script type="text/javascript">
            if (top.location.toString) {
                top.location = 'http://facebook.com/pages/yourpage';
            }
        </script>

^ this verification will not work on most of the cases, as FB adds the navigation path to the url. So, if user comes from other section of his FB account, that section will be reflected on the url. Of course you can always split the top.location string till the first ”/”, for example.
