You have to pay for multi licenses i think, but i would ask the author of the plugin. As it does not state you can redistribute, it just says unlimited domains.

I think Yes if you buy multiple domain purchase. But the previous version of the fancy box is free.

Than Vasterad you are using it without proper license. I asked the author and he said that it’s not allowed to be used in themes for sale.

It’s strange, because a lot of authors here are using fancybox with their themes. I’ll ask again fancybox’s author!
