I saw in TF that many shops are using amazing images. I want to ask you when you are building the preview for a clothes shop how do you find images for it.
How do you find so good quality images. I was looking around in the image stock markets but it is pretty hard to find good images.
Are you taking permission from some online stores to use their images ?
Please advise me how to find so good images ?
Guess what… we are actually BUYING them.http://photodune.net/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&order_by=sales&term=fashion&page=1
Thanks for your answer.
However, I can’t find that kind of images I’m speaking about in PhotoDune. Also, notice that in order to build complete and good preview for just one kind of shop (clothing for example), you need to spend more than $300-$400 in images. I doubt most authors do that for their themes.
I loud be glad to hear the input from the top authors
Absolutely NOT true.
20-25 images x2 USD = 50. Products sorted. Or you want to build a demo store with 100-200 products?? 5-10 images x3 USD = 30. Banners and sliders sorted.
Total investment – 80 USD.
You can’t really expect to make money out of nothing, right? You should invest something in it.
Not to mention many authors on photodune would give you permission to use watermarked images in return of credits on the item’s page.
You asked how we do it. That’s how I do it. It’s up to you to decide if it suits you or not. You can’t have premium looking theme without premium images. Premium images cost money and we buy them. That’s it.
Most of the good themes have similar images like the shop which I wrote. One of the shops with nice images in TF is: http://themeforest.net/item/bishop-all-in-one-ecommerce-corporate-theme/8079396
Also notice that many themes have different shop types (clothes, electronic, shoes etc…) where every item has 2-3 more images and the images are the same type.http://live.yithemes.com/bishop/product/elegant-black/
