First impressions are that it’s good but not incredible.

I don’t like that the slide up part on the images covers the borders, it just makes it look a bit worse, maybe if you had it inside the border?

The drop down navigation looks a bit off too.

Drop down navigation updated. Smaller font, no bottom border. Still don’t know about bottom part of drop down.

Slide up part now covers only image. What do you think?

Personally, I would change colour theme. This looks a bit old and boring, not modern.
