Features you'd like to have in a CRM

Hi,

as some of you might i’m currently working on CRM (customer relationship management) project for WordPress.

It’s not the first time i work on such a project, but this time it will different. So, i’d like to know what kind of features you’d like to have in a CRM.

Quickly, current features are:

- estimate request made easy on the frontend - estimate request > estimate conversion - estimate > invoice conversion - invoice payment (full & partial payments) - reusable estimate / invoice items lines (product, service etc…) - custom email templates - client profile edition - tax management - multi currencies - PDF documents generation ... ans some more!

So, what feature would you like to see added to this list ?

When client submit his estimate request, plugin auto create new account and send him login information at the first time. It would be nice if admin and client could discuss with comments on each project, and client can upload files. Also you should add email notifications.

Widget with list of finished and unfinished projects.

hi, yes auto account creation is done, and email with credentials too. Yes comments are included too, so as email notifications.

Ha ha! I’m afraid i’m working on a WP version, but i created a codeigniter version a few months ago if you’re interested…

I have one more question about the form. Is it going to be customizable, with custom fields?
