To me it looks like a copy/mixture of other great themes here on themeforest, such as the theme by settysantu, http://themeforest.net/item/cimplesol-/full_screen_preview/30840

But to give you some valuable feedback, you might want to try to consolidate your colors and turn down the use of patterns and brushes to get a more clean and simplistic look.

You must be kidding ? His theme is not a copy of settysantus theme, ther are event similar.

Content area looks a bit too bright from my point of view.
