Have you never think about the authors support? I think is important that ThemeForest has to keep an eye on the support by the authors when is very low/slow .

+1 Most authors here (at least with a decent number of sales) tend to provide support – that is entirely voluntarily. Also, from my experience, Mondays are pretty swamped – as my team does not operate over the weekend.

Hi,

I guess item support is optional because there is no way that Envato force the authors to support their items.

But for us as authors, I thinks providing good support is a must and we cannot be successful if we don’t provide good support to our item purchasers.

For me the support and the reply frequency is very influential to buy a item.

Support is optional by Envato (I guess because of language barrier, etc) for me, I live in UTC/GMT +7 use to get an email from customer around 0-5AM that why sometime I can’t reply them back instantly. :P
