Not agree, To be fresh, healthy and powerfull you need to sleep atleast 7 hours :)

From medical point of view, 4 hours is quite enough. I’m sleeping for 4-5 hours and i feel fine… most of the time.

My former university professor always said “a young person only needs 4-5 hours of sleep!” –┬ábut that was her standard slogan to everyone who didn’t appear to classes because they have been partying the night before, so who knows!

I dont think that is true if someone say with me he can sleep 4 hours /day for every day. Some day i can sleep 2-3 hours only. but next day after completed urgent project i will sleep all day. Don’t earn money then spent all money for Doctor.

+ 1 agreed…. 2,4 hours sleep its not good for health specially for those people who are in sports.. And again its not good for your sexual health as well :D

Sorry for continuing the offtopic but feel it is always worth speaking about sleep! Sleep is a wonderful entertainment we shouldn’t miss/reduce :P. Most probably those sleeping less than 6 hours will spend much time (unconsciously) on some form of entertainments (I mean work becomes an entertainment). The claims/motivations such as “4-5 hours are enough” are dangerous to society. Mental health is equally important to physical health.

And it is important to respect body’s needs/rest since body asks for rest only when it needs. If we don’t respect body, it will backfire mind to go towards dullness and obviously end with less work for body. :D

I think do both. Sometime when a project is continue sleep for 4-5 hrs and sometimes when you don’t have mush work sleep for 7 hrs. Anyway I did the same, some times I slept too mush and some times less. Anyway don’t lose your mind keep on trying.You will surely succeed.

I also have a full time job and have to travel 2.30hrs -3hrs daily.
