Hello, we can not download the file I have purchased: Dancer In Alpha Channel. My german server is very fast, but the downloader goes back to 8 KB/sec, every time I try to get the file. Please can somebody help? Thanks!
Also, the ticket system doesnt work, at least from a MAC !!!!!!!!!
