File under is under the hidden tab

Today I received this email from the reviewer.

Unfortunately, your preview image does not accurately preview the assets and uses of your file. Please revise the preview image to be a 590 pixel JPG which clearly and accurately demonstrates your file in whole or in part.

He didn’t write anything about my iPhone app template but he told me that I had to remake the preview image. I can also see that my file is hidden so that probably is a soft rejection, right?

Now, do I have to reupload everything again or only the preview image?

Just upload your preview image only.

The message means your FILE IS 99% accepted, all you need to do is make your preview image at 590px.

Well, its not always certain that a soft rejection is 99% accepted. It can turn suddenly into a hard rejection.

Well thanks for the answers. I just changed the width of the preview image and I also added some description for each image.

I just have one more question. How many days does it stay under the hidden tab before it gets deleted?

I need to update some elements but I don’t have computer access this week.

I don’t think they ever delete it, they leave it up to you. I have some files in the hidden tab for more than half a year.
