Sometimes updates are very critical and should be available asap for the end users.
1) What person can I “ping” for faster update approval.
2) It was discussed before, but may be authors with appropriate level of trust, should be able to update their files without a review?
at the moment the best thing to do is, take some juice, take your sit, sit back relax and sip the juice. The more u think about the slower it seems to take.
Envato doesn’t listen, I’ve seen 50-60 page threads of people all saying 1 thing and nothing comes out of it..ever..since 2010 even.
Now the forum moderators, they are on point with helping, much props to them.
Undoubtedly someone will come in here and say send a support ticket, but support is the worse department on Envato.
So I guess..like said above..get some juice and chill.
I’ve gotten answers much quicker, and actually had every questioned answered by the forum staff, in super reasonable times. We should move the forum staff to support i think.
Support has been really banging away on the tickets and we’ve brought on a bunch of new Support staff. In fact, I don’t believe I’ve ever seen the ticket queue in as good a shape in years So while it’s true we’ve had a very large backlog we’ve been working through, we’re getting on top of it now and you should see some big time improvement in response time for most tickets.
