Support has been really banging away on the tickets and we’ve brought on a bunch of new Support staff. In fact, I don’t believe I’ve ever seen the ticket queue in as good a shape in years So while it’s true we’ve had a very large backlog we’ve been working through, we’re getting on top of it now and you should see some big time improvement in response time for most tickets.

ahh ok, well kingdog i got much respect for..to be more specific. You’ve always answered questions in a good time, and in a good manner. Didn’t know you were part of the support team as well
I find that the review process is quicker once it has been approved…
