Hey guys, my new template is finally online. Everything is fine and got some nice comments, but I don’t know what to say about the price(my goal was $40). Do you think that’s correct? As I know underpricing can be as bad as overpricing. Thank you for your comments!

tomez, the price will increase with number of sales, one thing you should consider is because the file is AS3 , it’s less potential than an AS2 one.

Does that mean also AS3 files priced lower than AS2 files?

Not really but at flashden we do our best to bring as many sales as we can to author, so pricing can be flexible. That’s why we sometime underprice file a little bit and rise it up later. You should consider an important factor is that buyers alway prefer bargain
Wow, now that’s $35!
Thank you guys to listening very fast!
The next goal is to make it to be added to the “Popular Files Last Week” list? I’m waiting and hoping now
Do you have any advise for me? Thank you!

Yap, lower the price to $15 or something

j/k it totally depends on buyers
I have an idea to advertise my new template but I don’t know is it legal or not. If I want to give away 3 copy of my template for free, can I do that by telling this in this forum?
I had my template start at $25 when I was aiming for $40 too… THen whoever reviewed it bumped it up to $30 before I could even send out an email… I decided to stay with $30 and not $40, and it looks like it worked out… Its really a tricky game… I really dont know what would have happened if it was at $40…
