first time here and i'm having the wrost customer service

I’m redy to purchase a theme and no one can answer a simple question from facebook, the author of the theme or ticket support. i have been waiting for an answer since this morning and is already 8pm.

Authors are not obliged to provide support via Facebook, you should only contact them via their profile page contact form.

The first thing I did was contact the author. I have contacted the authour 4 times and there is no response. I purchase the template for $37 dollars and is not fair that I get this type of service.

I have my own business and there is noway I provide such a bad service like this.

Yeah a couple of hours isn’t enough time to get support. Because you have to remember the author of the theme might be in a different country where time zones are completely different.
