So what payment option did you choose Jon?
I am about to withdraw my first paycheck as well (Christmas is around the corner), and I can’t decide what mean I am going to use…
Cheers to the AJ Class of 2012 again! 8-)

Congratulations dude! I’ve decided to wait until it builds up and see how long I can put off withdrawing :)
Haha yeah I thought about it, but just couldn’t wait! Don’t let it go over 500 tho or you’ll have a fee for using Swift transfers :)

Ah man, I wanted to save like $1000, it would feel great to withdraw that much money ha. Thanks for the heads up :)

I just did it via paypal (as far as I know theres no fees incurred, unless i’m completely wrong haha). It seems like the easiest method, esp since i’m not making ridiculous amounts of money.

It sure would be awesome if envato eventually could do direct deposite tho :)

I thought Paypal was taking a percentage of the transaction? Well, just let us know when the money is transferred… Regardless, enjoy!

Stuck_in_the_basement, you’re right, there is a 2.9% fee for selling item. BUT , plain transfers are mostly free. So i’m wondering if since technically I’m not selling via paypal, but just transferring funds from AJ to paypal, if that will count as a free transfer. I’ll be sure to let you know as soon as funds come through. Fingers crossed!

Paypal probably does, but as far as I know Envato must eat that cost. In my experience the amount dumped into the Paypal account always matches what I see on my account. Also there’s never been an issue with a fee over a particular amount with Paypal withdrawals (maybe I just haven’t hit that amount yet :)). Don’t know about the other payment options, though.
