Sorry if this is an FAQ . I am thinking of creating some themes for the’ Html Templates’ and ‘Wordpress’ categories of the site.

What is the policy on including flash headers on them. If I was to do it I would always include a jpg or html alternative with the site when purchased.

I believe you’re allowed to use flash components in your template—just make it editable, so the user can adjust it to his or her taste.

You can use flash elements for things like video’s, etc. but be careful that you aren’t replacing large sections of templates with flash versions unless (as you said you would) you include an HTML only version.

If the flash replaces too much of the HTML template but you still provide an HTML only version then you might just submit the HTML only version here and a full flash version to Flash Den in their Flash Sites category.
