I am wondering how this works with flash?

I am still on windows 7 which doesnt have ie10.

From what I read on the web flash is working fine on ie10. I am planing buying a windos8 licence it looks nice and I have to say that windows7 is pretty cool and stable.

the Metro-style(touch version of IE NO Flash support only AIR run-time),the the desktop version of the browser no problem with flash capability—i test it on x86 and x64 systems.

bottom line look like Flash Player will be Dead. HTML5 maybe in 4-5 years . so only AIR is the safe way to go
