cool glad you are looking into this. All i want is the same filters you get on the browse file section for search results. E.g sales | rating | upload date etc..

well – we are looking into it. No promises about when we find solutions!
I had also thought of resorting results. Note that you lose relevance if you resort the search results but maybe it is still useful when searching for Items.
Seriously though – search is hard. Tis why Google has made so much money getting it right.
