hello im working in a theme and i want to use free flexslider i found too many mentions in the forum to use jcycle plugin with flexslider but i can’t find a tutorial for it or understand how to link both, i mean like this slider in churchhope theme on themeforest http://churchope.themoholics.com/

Why would you need both?
Just use flexslider v2.
