Honestly, the whole thing looks like copy and paste of various elements to me, but not one flowing design. Somehow it doesn’t feel connected.
Sorry I can’t be more precise, it’s just a feeling I’m having when I see it.

I would spend taking the time to refine all the elements used. It looks as though you’ve very quickly thrown everything together, as @chrisatlemon said.
Also, the font could do with some work. Maybe keep it for the feature text, but the rest – it’s hard to read.
Focus on including detail.
Here’s an example from the this and last week’s top selling Xmas flyers:


Look how crisp all the elements are, look at the detail – there is so much flexibility for the customer, where as right now, yours looks rather bland in comparison.
