Hi people, nice to post again. Now with a problem, i´ve created this site:

http://www.plumette.com.uy/_2010_test/

I´m using font-face to render fonts, but i see that has a delay, and some times i see twice the re-rendering… you know like the font shows the font-family font, then the “arial” one, and then again the right type family.

I don´t know what´s happening since i made many more sites using the same technique, same js versions, same functions, the only difference is the type font used.

Could be that? The type font used could be the problem? May be the format? The glyphs used?

Any ideas? Do you see “that” i said?

Thanks, and by the way, do you like it?

That flash always happens on Firefox, all sites that I’ve seen.

Nice design, btw :)

thanks guys!

cufon… well in my opinion is becoming obsolete since new borwsers, all them, supports font-family, so, why use cpu resuources with js if you can do it directly via css?

Well there’s no 100% perfect solution, there are always downsides, and it’s finally a personal choice :)
