I know that this has been written some where but i cant find it, my question is can we pack the fonts in the theme zip file or this is not allowed, the font are from Google Font and Font Squirrel they are free.

You can use font squirrel, just always be sure to check the license just to be safe.

U can use fontsquirrel but you can’t always put it in the main download file. You can only put there fonts you have redistribution licence for. Always check the licence.
