Fonts & Plugins

Hello everybody,

I am looking to put my first Wordpress Theme on sale on ThemeForest. Before I do that I have two questions:

• Can I include font files with the theme or it’s mandatory to use Google Web Fonts or other similar services? The fonts I am using are downloaded as font-face kits from Font Squirrel.
• Can I include plugins with the theme? I have to mention that the plugins are developed by me so there is no copyright or license issue.
