Ok sorry for that. I did not know what I would do. Now it seems they have fixed footer on my online shop but “image slider”still does not work and I have not received any mail from them

Okay well the user in question might take weekends off? It works on his example so all I can think of is something went wrong your side during config.Try re-doing the slider from scratch
