Fortis Theme

I am trying to add additional block_header_nav_dropdown for my navigation bar. Included in the template is block_header_nav_dropdown1 and block_header_nav_dropdown2, I only have one category called products and then subs off that one which makes the nav bar very empty. Is there anyway to add additional nav items like About Us, Contact Us etc.
