Let’s say:

1) Instantly – 50% of all the sales go to the reviewer
2) 8-12 Hours – 25%
3) 1 Day – 10%
4) Unknown – Nothing

You forget one very important option; Bail out of the reviewer dungeon for 5 minutes. You can bribe any reviewer with that!

Oh, you mean the ol’ “Get out of dungeon free” button. I removed it. There is no leaving the reviewing dungeon.
