My title pretty much says it all. Someone emailed me for support for a my product they said was sold to them by someone else. I found the person who did this and would like to know how to proceed.
Reselling my product is against Envato’s TOS , unless he purchases an extended license, which he did not.
What do I do?

Contact support about it… but they don’t do much about it most of the time. Quite a while ago someone reported a site that mass distributes themes from all over the place (TF, WooThemes) for free, and guess what? Over 6 months have passed and it is still up and running, distributing the same themes it has previous + more. Can support really not do anything about this? It’s not like it has one stolen theme on it… it has hundreds!

If you discover your items being illegally distributed or pirated on other sites, please contact Support immediately. The Envato Marketplaces have a dedicated team of individuals who have these stolen items removed as quickly as possible. Please do NOT post any links to pirated items on the forums.
