This is the scenario .. i create anything in photoshop, i want to Save for web, and when i click OK .. i can’t save because the file that i want to save is used by a program ! how is that even possible ?!
I create a new file in Photoshop, chose an unique filename, and when i want to save it, it is already there and “it cannot be written” 
Does anyone know what could be the problem?

What build of Win 7 are you using? If it’s the Beta, their are known issues (confirmed by MS and Adobe) with CS4 apps which have supposedly been fixed now. The RC (which should contain this fixes) is supposed to be out on the 5th of May.

I am using the beta that they made available sometime ago .. and yes, i guess it’s a bit bugged. and CS3
