I have a problem,I was trying to download free file on videohive.
“This item is December’s Free File of the Month! Each user is entitled to one free regular license.”
So I want to know why I bought this file for money if it’s free? 12$ are gone from my balance:)
Could it be some mistake or I don’t understand something?
And sorry for my bad English.

Hm…There was no Download button…Only Purchase and after that i found Download button.
So I’ts my falt I think,can someone tell me how to download file for free,so I can never make this mistake again?

Only becouse of this sentence: “Each user is entitled to one free regular license.” I made this mistake.Couse I thought that if I only donwload file-I will not get free licence,I will get only file.:)

I never really got why the purchase button is even visible when the file is freely available..
