Nice find, I read the copyright, seems to be fine to use on TF. Think it gets a bit grey if we use over 20 in one template though but I think if we link to his site in the credits, it should be fine!

The Holy Grail is by far Creative Commons at Flickr.com – that is what I use – some spectacular images there – as always – check the license type first.

+1 – I’ve even branched out to request permission from some of my designer/photographer friends – but Flickr Creative Commons library is a killer resource.
