Been using this site for sometime to buy templates for my sites and wanted to give alittle back again to all the great designers here. I’ve built a service for generating image placeholders on the fly, which is 100% free and can be used in any project no strings attached.
Images are served directly by specifying size, color, text and text style in the URL address, allowing for quick customizations. If you only specify size – like http://placebox.es/75 – a box with equal height/width is created, with random background color at load time.
