Hi there,

I was wondering if there was any software out there which would keep track of clients and money transactions for each client?

This would be really helpful for day to day life.

Many Thanks

Never used but have heard good things about Microsoft Project. Maybe too complex for your needs, but can use only your desired services.

Thanks for the suggestion pezflash, but Project is more for time and resource management. I’m looking for something which just has a list of clients, their projects (with dates) and money transactions per project. Then I need to be able to look at a client and see all the projects and the amount of profit from it.

Hope this makes sense!

Well, maybe its easier to make a (well designed) Excel XLS Sheet than searching (probably buying) and installing a program. I have my billing history in excel and works nice for me. Any field in excel works as a calculator, so it’s quite easy to make sums of different amounts.

I have found the PERFECT software! But it’s for Mac and I’m on PC (windows 7). http://www.marketcircle.com/billings/index.html

Anyone know something like that for PC?

Excel works great as pezflash describes. we spent time looking for the “perfect” software only to find SW that do 100 tasks but they are always missing one or two main things we need. so we set up Excel and it does exactly what we need and nothing else!
